Delicious layers of vegetables and mince
So it starts off with potato then a mince sauce ,egg plant and mince sauce again zucchini, mince sauce potato for the final layer of veg top with the yummiest white sauce......
ahem.... how did I not smell this deliciousness coming outta your oven and pop over for an impromptu visit :)
