OMG this is the feta i marinated back
On this plate i have a bit of chilli feta thyme and garlic feta and basil feta.
And i tell you what it was to die for it each one was full of flavor.
I left it to marinated for 2 weeks.
I made a couple of extra jars of pesto with the little feta i had left
i was going to keep plain but couldn't help myself.
So that all i have left is my pesto feta : (
Time for another trip to Sydney but is a bit sad we wont be taking our fridge down just a little eski
so i cant buy to much : (
